Spend a Saturday afternoon doing crafts and cooking with girls ages 8 through 13 at HFI. Students meet at the Chapel at 12:30pm and return at about 3:15pm. Dates this semester are TBA.

If you are a musician interested in sharing your gifts for the ministry of hospitality, please consider serving at the Allegheny County Jail! This opportunity helps to create a more positive atmosphere in the ACJ waiting room for those waiting to see loved ones that have been incarcerated. Time slots are available each weekday from 10am-2pm. If you would like to schedule a time, please contact Luci-Jo at dimaggi171@duq.edu or X1405.

Shepherd’s Wellness is a gathering of people affected by AIDS and HIV. Students help to prepare and serve dinner as well as share the meal and fellowship with the community.

Join Duquesne's chapter of the St. Vincent de Paul Society in their weekly outreach to the homeless of Pittsburgh. Sunday nights at 7pm the SVdP and those willing to donate a few hours of their time meet at Laval House and prepare food and clothing to take downtown. The route through the Point and the Cultural Districts returns back to Campus around 9pm. Tuesdays at 9pm SVdP meets at the Campus Ministry Center for prayer, reflection and planning. All are welcome.
