Libermann Luncheon September 9th
Please join us for the first of the Libermann Luncheons sponsored by Spiritan Campus Ministry for Faculty, Staff. Administrators and Alums.
Mark your calendars for Wednesday September 9th at noon in the Duquesne Room for a light lunch and an inspiring multimedia experience based on a poem about a raptor (and much more) by 19th century Jesuit poet Gerard Manley Hopkins set to music by twentieth century composer Newell Kay Brown performed by trombonist Edward Kocher and bass-baritone vocalist Guenko Guechev.
Ed Kocher has served as dean and professor at Duquesne University's Mary Pappert School of Music since 2000. World renowned bass-baritone Guenko Guechev serves as Associate Professor and Chair of Voice at Duquesne University's Mary Pappert School of Music.
